Our Full Desk Recruiter is accountable for:

• Full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across multiple levels and geographic markets 
• Attracting, sourcing and screening passive prospects and active applicants through job boards and Kelly’s applicant tracking system (Bullhorn) 
• Partnering with Hiring managers to understand role requirements, and to ensure that the assessment and selection process uses consistent, fair, and equitable practices 
• Cold call 20–30 prospective customers daily, document all outreach activity and outcomes in HubSpot, and maintain accurate follow-up records
• Developing business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts as well as high-margin, local businesses 
• Expanding and retaining existing customers, increasing our market share and profitability and achieving sales metrics  
• Building and developing proposals and pricing models  

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Experiences:

• Seeking 2+ years high-volume, full cycle recruiting in light industrial capacity
• Experience working for a staffing agency or onsite with an industrial client preferred
• Proven ability to thrive in a high-activity, outbound sales environment
• Demonstrated history of business development, cold calling, and building client portfolios preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills (HubSpot or similar CRM experience preferred)
• Excellent relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills
• Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs 
• Customer-centric, with the ability to develop collaborative relationships with prospects, candidates, hiring leaders, and HR partners 
• Results-driven, accomplishing tasks, goals, and expectations with focus and resiliency 
• Action-oriented, taking on tasks with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm 
• Solid time management, multi-tasking, and prioritization skills to accomplish work with minimal direction 
• Location: In-office — Rochester, NY
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Base pay range for this position is $51,300 – $64,000 per year. Final annual compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
