We are seeking a full-time Adult Primary Care Physician to provide comprehensive medical care to members enrolled in an Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP). This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on medically complex seniors through proactive care management, interdisciplinary collaboration, and a strong focus on improving outcomes and preventing avoidable hospitalizations. Base Salary: $211,369–$317,053

Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
Completion of an accredited Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics residency program.
Board Certified or Board Eligible.
Active Nevada medical license, or ability to obtain licensure.
Valid DEA registration.
Two or more years of experience in SNF, LTC, post-acute care, or complex senior care preferred.
Experience with HCC coding, Medicare Advantage, HEDIS, and STARs documentation preferred.
Comfortable practicing in institutional and post-acute care settings.
Ability and willingness to travel between healthcare facilities in Nevada.
