Job Description

Pls be noted this is an online teaching position based in Beijing, this means you still need to get a work visa to China, will have online classes in the office of the school.

Job Description：
1. Deliver live online English lessons to small groups of around 10 students aged 6–12, prepare lessons and conduct classes strictly following the curriculum framework.
2. Teach ELA (English Language Arts), covering listening, speaking, vocabulary, grammar, reading and writing. Cultivate students’ critical thinking, reading comprehension and written expression skills.
3. Design engaging classroom activities to boost young learners’ participation, manage class well and document each student’s in-class performance.
4. Provide timely learning feedback after class, communicate regularly with parents on students’ progress. Attend lesson planning meetings and curriculum R&D sessions to polish courses.
5. Support demo classes, open classes, student assessments and other teaching-related tasks.

Requirements：
1. Native Speaker: from the US, UK or Canada with authentic, standard pronunciation.
2. Teaching Experience: Experience teaching children aged 6–12. ELA teaching experience is preferred (US public school or international primary school in tier-1 Chinese cities). Familiarity with US original reading materials such as Wonders / Reach curriculum is a big plus.
3. Certifications: TEFL / TESOL / CELTA preferred; teaching license is a bonus.
4. Competencies: Skilled at guiding young children with strong classroom charisma. Understand children’s cognitive development; able to integrate reading and writing into lessons independently, with solid classroom management skills.
5. Others: Passionate about education, highly responsible, good communication skills and able to maintain long-term stable cooperation.
