Personal Assistant to Founders
Emerging Venture Program — Europe / USA / Asia
The Role
We're hiring an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a small founding team (3+) inside our Emerging Venture Program. This is not a desk job, and it isn't a job where you spend your day buried in admin.
We run an 80% AI / 20% human model. Tech handles the grunt work — drafting, scheduling, research, transcription, expense capture, travel coordination, briefing prep. That leverage exists for one reason: so you can pour your time and attention into the only thing that actually matters — making every person we speak to feel like the most important person in the world.
You will be the operational backbone for founders who are building at speed, moving between major industry events, founder offsites, and the company yacht — a 60% travel / 40% base location split across Europe, the USA, and Asia, depending on where the active program cohort is running. The setting is genuinely one of a kind. The standards are high.
