Job Description: Summary: Production Research Seed Lab and Field Assistants are responsible for assisting in all facets of field research and seed processing. Team members will aid with an array of outdoor field duties and indoor lab duties. Successful applicants need to be self-motivated individuals with the ability to interact in a team and work independently. -This position requires ability to perform repetitive job tasks accurately. Must be 18 years of age minimum and able to perform physical activities such as bending, lifting, and long periods of standing. Field labor activities occur outdoors for long periods of time with exposure to the elements. Team members may need to drive company vehicles during work hours.
