Senior Recruiter (Engineering & Supply Chain) Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment process from sourcing through offer acceptance for roles in the Engineering & Supply Chain field
???????Candidates without prior Engineering & Supply Chain recruiting experience will not be considered for this role.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with both clients and candidates within the Engineering & Supply Chain industry.
Strategically identify and engage top talent through various sourcing channels related to Engineering & Supply Chain
Partner with Business Development Managers to deliver best-in-class hiring solutions
Consistently hit and exceed recruitment and revenue goals
Recruiter Requirements:
2-4 years of recruiting experience from a staffing agency environment; experience recruiting in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing and/or Supply Chain is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and close
Proven success working in a performance-driven environment
A proactive, self-starting attitude with excellent time management skills
Desire for continued career growth within a dynamic, team-oriented company
Comfortable with a hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs onsite, Fri remote)
Compensation & Benefits:
This role offers a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan. Base salary range is $70,000-$80,000 and anticipated OTE is $100,000-$130,000, with uncapped commissions.
