Salary: $60,000 - 80,000 per year Requirements:

• We are seeking candidates pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Technology, Analytics, Data Science, Engineering, Product Management, or a closely related discipline.
• We are looking for a strong interest in technology, digital product management, and building solutions that improve client and business outcomes.
• We value curiosity about modern technologies such as APIs, cloud computing, data platforms, AI, machine learning, and automation.
• We prefer exposure through coursework, internships, projects, research, or extracurricular activities in software development, product management, business analysis, or technology delivery.
• We expect the ability to assess information, solve problems, and provide recommendations grounded in evidence.
• We require strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• We value demonstrated leadership ability and/or leadership ambition.
• We need the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• We appreciate comfort learning in complex, regulated environments and navigating ambiguity with a growth mindset.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above is preferred.

• We support Product Managers in understanding user needs, researching problems, and identifying opportunities to improve digital products and platforms.
• We take part in product discovery work, including user research, feedback analysis, hypothesis development, and opportunity framing.
• We help convert business and user needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, and product artifacts.
• We collaborate with engineers, designers, data analysts, and business partners to support product delivery and ongoing improvement.
• We gain practical experience with Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, prioritization discussions, and team ceremonies.
• We build technical fluency in APIs, cloud platforms, data flows, system integrations, automation, and modern software delivery practices.
• We explore how AI, machine learning, and automation can create value while learning about responsible and ethical implementation.
• We use data, dashboards, research findings, and performance metrics to support recommendations and guide product decisions.
• We build relationships with program managers, alumni, senior leaders, mentors, and peers across Vanguard.
• We receive coaching and mentorship from our manager, internship program manager, and product professionals throughout the summer.
