Job Description

NAHMIAS is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Retail Manager to lead the launch and operations of our upcoming retail location. This role will be responsible for building and managing the retail business from the ground up — including team development, customer experience, operational execution, and future retail expansion.

The ideal candidate understands luxury retail culture and has the leadership skills to scale a retail operation while maintaining a high standard of brand presentation and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of the NAHMIAS retail location
• Build, hire, train, and manage the in-store retail team
• Create and maintain an elevated customer experience aligned with the NAHMIAS brand
• Develop retail operational systems, workflows, and team standards
• Manage staff scheduling, performance, onboarding, and ongoing development
• Partner closely with leadership on retail strategy, store growth, and future expansion plans
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation
• Monitor sales performance, inventory management, and store KPIs
• Help establish and evolve retail processes as the business scales into additional locations
• Foster a strong in-store culture that reflects the NAHMIAS community and identity

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of luxury retail management experience
• Proven experience leading and developing retail teams
• Strong operational and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
• Deep understanding of customer service and retail experience
• Passion for fashion, culture, and the NAHMIAS brand
• Experience opening new retail locations is a plus
